Augusta Group
The Augusta Group has three different companies and 18 subsidiaries that operate independently of each other. The companies operate internationally, but are mainly headquartered in Asia.
The various asset management companies have the necessary licenses and regulations to offer the services in their home countries.

Augusta Investments Ltd. invests with the Grunder and Lopez family’s own assets and is a committed and long-term oriented investment company that actively supports the establishment and development of its portfolio companies.
Augusta Consulting Ltd. is the initiator of all the financial platforms (Funds, AMC, Trackers and Bonds). The Management (2%) and performance fees (20%) are settled between the subsidiary and the regulated asset managers.

Augusta Holding Ltd. holds all company participations.
Augusta Investments Ltd., Augusta Consulting Ltd. and Augusta Holding Ltd. belongs to the family foundation under Liechtenstein law.
